Windmill Apartments - Malia (Crete)

We had a great time during our city trip! The hotel was located very close to the beach, which was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was another major plus, as it was immaculate and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that we didn't like during our stay. the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and only worked from a few areas in the hotel.

the location was unbeatable, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, but still close to restaurants and shops. the apartment was kept spotless and comfortable, with fresh towels and sheets. the staff was friendly, accommodating and made us feel welcome. the pool and beach bar were a great way to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in the room, but it was much better when we sat outside on the balcony.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location right on the beach is fantastic, and the service provided by the friendly staff is top-notch. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are cleaned daily, complete with fresh towels and a beautiful sea view. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

I recently had an amazing Christmas vacation in a hotel that had excellent service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making it an informative and enjoyable trip. One of the key things I loved about this place was its perfect location, close to fabulous restaurants and supermarkets. Also, the comfortable beds and the regular change of fresh towels was a huge plus.

I would have preferred it if they had better facilities in the kitchen such as more cooking utensils. Also, the TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi connection was only good outside on the balcony. Despite these minor setbacks, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
